中國部落客的邏輯

Coca Cola used Lamas in their ads (appeared in a German railway station) and was accused by the Chinese bloggers for being supportive of Tibet Independence.

可口可樂禍不單行,他們用圖博喇嘛作廣告,結果在中國被批判與藏獨掛勾,正被抵制喔!世界上最難侍候的,當屬中國人了,他們有異於世人的敏感神經。以下是可口可樂的廣告,請大家評評這到底和藏獨有什麼關係?





Let me try to understand the logic behind this accusation --

Trial One:
Premise #a. Lamas want Tibet independence.
Premise #b. Lamas enjoy Coca Cola.
--> Coca Cola supports Tibet independence.

Trial Two:
Premise #a. Lamas look happy in the photo.
Premise #b. Lamas are drinking Coca Cola.
Premise #c. Being independent is happy.
--> Coca Cola supports Tibet independence.

Ok... I tried. How does one make sense of these Chinese bloggers' logic?

Maybe in the eyes of these Chinese,
a. Lamas pursue Tibet's independence.
b. Lamas showing up in public is a symbol of promoting Tibet's independence.
b. Coca Cola shows their support for Tibet's independence by having Lamas in their ads.

ha ha, I am just joking.

I think that coca cola simply puts those Lamas in the ads for that Tibet is a hot topic nowadays. Those Chinese are too sensitive whenever it comes to Lamas. And we all know the reasons.
