A full head of dark hair
She was checking out things and people around her with her big eyes the moment she was born. (The fact that she didn't cry right away scared me for a moment ... I was lying on the OR table totally numbed from my waist down and couldn't see anything.)
We stayed in the hospital for 48 hours after delivery and was discharged to go home on Thursday, 4/26, in the afternoon. We're now home, trying to work with Lynn on feeding. She LATCHED on right after delivery, which is great, but would fuss if she couldn't latch right away... both frustrating for her and us... something we need to work on more. The good news is, I have got breast milk going.
More details later when I'm in less pain.
